I’m Daniel Rothenberg and I’m the owner and principal chiropractor at Scope Chiropractic.
I first experienced Chiropractic care in my teenage years after suffering with multiple hamstring tears. I followed the usual routes of treatment to no avail. I came across a fantastic Chiropractor who looked holistically at my movement patterns and was able to eliminate my recurrent injuries.
I grew up in Sydney, and after completing my Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie university I moved to Toowoomba. There I worked for many years in a sports based clinic as well as working as a sports Chiropractor for Downs Rugby Union in both the regional and South Queensland teams. My roles with the rugby teams included on-field injury management and diagnosis, strapping and post injury treatment and rehabilitation.
My constant drive for clinical excellence has lead me to further studies in western acupuncture, active release technique, functional movement assessment and sports injury management. My treatments are tailored to the needs of the person in front of me and often includes a combination of the above methods.
I am currently member of Chiropractic Australia, Sports Chiropractic Australia, Sports Medicine Australia and FICS. Alongside this, I am a level 1 Original Strength Coach and hold level 1 Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) qualifications.
