Remedial Massage – Remedial massage is widely regarded as a scientific and powerful form of manual soft tissue therapy, that effectively reduces your pain and restores normal function to your muscles, nerves, fascia and other connective tissues. It is extremely effective when muscles and tendons are injured, strained, tense or immobile. Pressure ranges from deep to light pressure, depending on your preference.

Sports Massage – Sports Massage uses remedial massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and soft tissue manipulation to relieve tension from the deeper tissues of your body. It increases blood flow to help rapid muscle repair and promotes healthy muscle function through the elimination of any adhesions/tears in the muscles and surrounding soft tissues. We work with you to achieve your peak athletic performance. Aimed to treat specific injuries or ongoing chronic problems.

Pregnancy Massage – A woman’s body undergoes many physical and hormonal changes throughout pregnancy. This can lead to pain and discomfort. Specialised pregnancy massage can help eliminate and relieve your symptoms as you progress through the pregnancy. Our therapist has undergone professional training in pregnancy massage. We have special pregnancy pillows so mums can lie face down in comfort. Treatment works well with our expert pregnancy chiropractor.

Swedish/Relaxation Massage – relaxation massage is a great way to take time out from the daily stresses of life and allow your body a chance to switch off and unwind! This massage is great for releasing muscle tension from the body, improving circulation and helping posture.

Cupping – Cupping is a gentle and effective technique that aims to restore function, movement and flexibility to the soft tissue that connects the body’s muscles, cartilage, ligaments and tendons. Cupping is known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation, and is extremely useful for deep tissue repair.

Lymphatic Drainage – Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a style of massage designed to work specifically on the Lymphatic System. It is used when people suffer from fluid retention. It is also good for general health and aiding in detoxifying the body.
